*** dba., Monument Professional Painting is a not a professional experienced painting serviceHe was contracted to complete a painting job on our house- he never finished and walked off the job after days workTo contract the job, we clarified and confirmed with him several times about his knowledge of the steel roof on our home and that the warranty would be compromised if he or anyone from his crew stepped on our roof He assured us that he was experienced and nothing would happen to the roof, that he would take precautions to protect the roof as we communicated and agreed On Monday, when he started work, I (homeowner) confronted him and his crew regarding the men up n the roof without the proper precautions being taken We had him sign a contract stating that he was responsible for any damage to the roof starting the Monday he started work (prepping) through the end of the job The roof is damaged and just served us with papersWe'll see him in court!
