Monty McGriff Tile

Mr. McGriff business practice is to collect the money. He is not licensed in CA, nor does it appear he h as employees. His business is to find people like me that has requested a bid, he will get Mr. Joe [redacted] to come out, look at the job, get a bid in, on his Business form and note that money is to go to McGriff. Once the dust settles on the SUB contractors (workers) job, that is the end of business with the homeowner. Followup is promised but never comes about. Sub-contractors (Workers) did good work, but have NO binding business with the homeowner or contract info (my bad). The wood flooring has an area that needs repairing. Called Mr. [redacted], got promise that it would be taken care of, and it has not been and will likely never be taken care of. Not sure if the sub-(Workers) work for McGriff or [redacted] as both talked to the workers. CAUTION: delivers product, installation, but that is the end. Get workers names and phone numbers.
