I am rejecting this response because: There is no clear sign indicating what they claimedPlease see the attached documents, Some of the pictures were taken a day after and others the night my vehicle was towedI will not risk it if there is a proper sign indicating visitors parking posted as they claimed This I believe violates the MN Parking Status chapter -

In regards to the towing situationPlease understand that there are signs posted at the entrances of the parking lot that state a permit is required to parkEvery resident is given a map of the parking lot and personally directed to the available visitor parking area to ensure that we have
informed them clearly of the parking guidelinesIt is the residents responsibility to inform their visitors of the designated visitor parking areaI am sorry that the car was towedThat is not pleasant under any circumstance

I will not risk it if there is a proper sign indicating visitors parking posted as they claimed.  This I believe violates the MN Parking Status chapter 168 - 169
