Paralegal pleasant but serious lack of contact w/atty. Lack of empathy. Took BIG chunk of small settlement after making me feel like the case wasn't worth more diligent pursuit. Wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE. They need to pull that false ad.

In a word, DON'T. Montlick & Associates did absolutely nothing when it came to my mom's accident case, unless you count sitting on it for over a year before farming it out to another Atlanta area attorney (and of course taking half of the 40% legal fees when it was all said and done). They did nothing but waste a year of our time. Your best bet is to bypass Montlick & Associates and go find a young, hungry lawyer who will actually tend to your case. Skip the headaches and disappointments of working with this "plaintiff mill".

Again, when it comes to your case, your settlement, and your peace of mind, give Montlick & Associates a wide berth...
