The customer incorrectly thought that she had purchased an extended warranty on the computer she called in for service on (HP laptop purchased July 2014); when in fact she had purchased an extended warranty on a different HP laptop that she had purchased in January
2013. I called customer and discussed this with her, and she acknowledged this to to be the case, and that the Revdex.com complaint should not have been filed (again, since the computer she was requesting service on she had never purchased an extended warranty for).
