Montgomery Ross is an absolutely terrible management company Their managers have no problem lying (in writing even), bullying, intimidating, and otherwise mistreating owners of the properties they manage Their managers have a history of engaging in personal retaliation should you complain to a superior about their performance This retaliation is in the form of fines, and suspension of services given to other owners - landscaping and maintenance I would advise against any dealings with this company
