Montgomery & Newcomb

I wish I had the kind of experiences that the 3 other fictitious reviews gave.
Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite after Montgomery and Newcomb collected my money it took two to three months of waiting for any sort of contact so, of course, I reached out to them. at that point, they sent me documentation to sign so that I can upload any documents that I would receive from Wyndham timeshare they said this process can take almost up to a year.
and even though I was prepared for that I didn't expect them not to contact me for a year and a half to two years the only time somebody contacted me back is when I called them asking for the status of what was going on they said that they were in the works of getting something taken care of and that they should know something within the next 60 days.

60 days turned into an additional 200 days and still they never reached back until I called them.
So they collected $2500 from me and I got nothing from there are services whatsoever. if I call I always leave a voicemail with my phone number and I would be surprised if I would get a call within the next month or so in the beginning when I first started my account with them they were responsive they called me back but after four months went by I did not hear from them ever again so I feel like the reviews left by Myron/Christine & Cheryl are fake reviews left by their friends or coworkers.

I hope this review is seen by someone who does a search on this company because I had the same experience during the same year they took my case and funds.. and haven’t seen any results back.
