business does not fully elaborate on why this organization engages in illegal and violating business practices under the FDCPAIt is important to understand how this organization engages in businesses when performing debt collections, and even more important that they are transparent to individuals in which they are attempting to collect debt from. It is illegal to threaten legal action against someone in reference to a debt collection, if you are in fact not an attorneyI would like consumers to be aware of this practice, so that they can properly defend them selves with out emotional duress and bullying involved
