The customer did not read  or understand the services plan or was told other wise by bidwilly

I reject their response because they did not do the job as expected. No matter how much they were being paid they should have done their best. The price they were being paid was the price they agreed upon with the contractor and knew what they were to be paid before starting the job. When I filed a complaint they were rude and sent rude emails. They need to apologize for their rude behavior and poor customer service.
