instructional videoThe child of the client was crying because, as her mom stated, the little one wanted to grab the phoneOur staff ratios for toddler classes are students to one teacherWe have a teacher log to prove there were staff members with the class when the client arrivedOne of them was changing the diapers and the other one was very close by in the little gymThere were less than students at this time.In regards to the dairy, our staff knew from day one that the client's daughter was allergic to dairyWe have pictures to prove her daughter was not given any dairy products and was not sick any of the days she was taken care of Our protocol is always to ask the parents about food restrictions during enrollmentThe mother did not disclosed her child was vegetarian at any momentConcerning the use of sunscreen, it is only used as neededDuring the days her child was in the school, the application of sunscreen was not needed for any child.Our Cancellation Policy establishes a two week trial period giving any party to terminate the agreement without notice but it does not guarantee a refundThe refunds are per the director's discretionNevertheless, we will like this matter solved as soon as possible and we have settled to send this client a check via mail with our lawyerWe wish all the best to this client and we hope she finds the school that meets all the requirements she wants for her daughterMeanwhile, Montessori School of Chantilly continues to thrive in a positive environment, growing, enrolling more students and being a better school in every way.Best regards, Kaltun J*** & Arlene R*** Montessori School of Chantilly
