I contacted this company for my daughters 15th birthday for professional pictures to be taken due to this being an important once in a lifetime event, memories for me to keep for life. *** was the photographer/business owner which came and took the pictures on June 2018, I also paid in advance per Monterrubio's request. After that I have yet to hear from him. I have tried several attemps to contact Monterrubio to provide me with my photos for this occasion, but no luck reaching him. I never received any photos nor a disk nor my money back for this matter. I am not sure as to what I am able to do regarding this issue. I would love to be contacted in order to resolve this matter. Thank you for your attention.

Desired Settlement: Contact by the Business I would like for Monterrubio to contact me due to the special occasion that I have no memories of. I would also like for the Revdex.com to contact Monterrubio since he does not answer any of my calls nor messages I have sent in numerous of times to see what can be done regarding this matter.
