Review: They round up every purchase. For instance, if you purchase a medium cheese pizza for $10.75 plus tax, the correct total is $11.43. We have been charged either $11.45 or $11.50 every time we have purchased this item. We have purchased other items and they have overcharged us up to 11 cents to pay $15 instead of $14.89. When I confronted them with this data, they were rude and did not see overcharging a person as anything wrong. Groton Town Police said that the total amount we had been overcharged over the past several months (total $0.57) was too little to press any charges against the business or owner.Desired Settlement: Request you let the world know to make sure they are not be overcharged by this company. Since changing ownership from [redacted] to Monterrey's Pizza, they have been overcharging their customers. I do not feel the hassle of receiving the $0.57 back that they have overcharged me is worth it, but customers need to know this business' practices.
