Monterey Ranch Apartments

There has been a constant noise from footstep from my neighbor upstairs for nearly a month
I have reported this incident to apartment by emails, a dozen phone calls and numerous personal visitsThe staff at the apartment office have been indifferent
This is a violation of section (b) and 20(c) of the terms of lease

Management is unfair and in denial the building is old and falling apartThey can fix the basketball courts or pools to look good yet once living here you are stuck with one of the most ruthless and ugly management operations in all of AustinThey do not care about your well being or fair practices and will rob you blindSave yourself as their true colors come out in maintaining and trying to ride a South Austin gravy train they do not deserveHealth hazard and money pit

walk.  We reached out to the neighbors to make them aware and they assured us that they are walking as quite as they can.  Unfortunately, living under someone else in an apartment setting results in hearing footsteps. We offered Mr. [redacted] to transfer from his 2nd floor to a top floor and even offered to let him transfer to our sister communities so he could have more apartments to pick from. I wish there was more we could do but we aren't able to tell people when and how they can walk in their home.  If it was music or other noises against the lease we could address it with a violation but in this case it is normal apartment living noises.
