Beware all; stay away from Montelano Apartments!

I have been living at this apartment complex for almost 4 years. With each year comes new struggles. This year alone the water has had an "Emergency Shut Off" multiple times. The first was March 26th the next was on April 15th and that lasted until April 21st. There was another issue the with the hot water on April 29th and then again today, June 3rd - no water at all. This is really getting out of hand and I am certainly not signing another lease with this company.
