Monte Eakin Roofing

Review: Monte Eakin was hired to complete some remodeling of my home in 2011 he continued to work throughout the next year at his convenience. The work that was completed on the home does not meet code, nor were up to the expectations that were outline in our agreement. The business owner was paid in full and never completed the work, or corrected the work that was not correct in the first place. Following him not completing the job after being paid in full and only accepting cash for his work, he did not return nor did he refund the money for the job. I do not believe this business owner actually has is license and is continuing to scam people around the southwestern Virginia area under aliases.Desired Settlement: I would like to review the contracts and agreement with a lawyer and then I will have to pay another contractor to come out and fix the work that he had previously started and or did a poor job after using false advertisements to obtain other jobs. This as been an ongoing process for over two years and he as neither attempted to correct/finish the work nor refund me the money that has been paid. I believe if the Revdex.com looks into Monte Eakin and or Shawn Eakin they will find that he is working without a license and is scamming people for there money.
