Review: This contractor was hired after we had a house fire in January of 2013. He was recommended by a friend and turned out to be a nightmare. He sold us on having the house done in 2 months and its Jan of 2014 as I write this. Leo "his first name" has spent all of our money from the insurance company on other debts he previously acquired and now we are stuck with a home worth a million problem. The electricity is all messed up not passing inspections, we have to use our money to progress with the project and he has now abandoned the project stating sue me if you canDesired Settlement: Insurance money paid out for the restoration

First in response to this complaint I would like to say that it is a False complaint made from Mr [redacted] I have evidence to prove work was not abandoned and has been completed up 100% and final checks have been signed and release to owner ,please note that this project was an insurance claim so both bank and insurance have their own inspectors who come out to project location before any release of funds are sent for project to insure contractor is completeing project to all codes and up to date by the city , I also beleave that Mr [redacted] has made this complaint because of funds still owed to me by him on this prject which I also have proof of which at any time I will be more then happy to provied . thank you for your time sincerely [redacted]
