inside issues were fix and apparently they were not I will get my team on this today I receive the letter in the mail about this and look it up through the site to find out exactly what compliant was filed. The office staff knew nothing of this matter because the original work order was closed out. I realize it has been some time since the original request for work to be done but again the office was told things were handled and clearly we need to follow up with the tenant better to confirm. I will have this issue handle asap.
