My home is 28 years old with a tile roof. After recent rains it spring multiple leaks. So I searched for roofing companies near me in Gilbert, Arizona. Five different roofers come out to assess the situation and they all told me that it was time to replace the underlayment. They were booked solid so it was scheduled for two months later. In the end, I was very pleased with the result. The crew was professional, detail-oriented, the manager was conscientious, checked in with me every day, and they kept the property clean during the project. So if you need a roofer in the east valley, I highly recommend them.

I had Monsoon Roofing replace the underlayment on my 22 year old tile roof in late February, 2021. Melvin Monzone, the owner, gave me a bid that was in line with 3 other bids I received. I used Monsoon because I had them repair some parts of the roof about 5 years earlier and was satisfied with their work. On the re-roof job they did a very good job, cleaned up well at the end of each day and used high quality materials. All in all, I have been more than pleased with their work and would highly recommend them to everyone.
