Terrible, terrible customer service Is there a negative number of stars I can select? *** (the owner) had a scheduled appointment with me He never showed up I called him and could not reach him I left numerous messages (with his secretary) for him to call me back over a couple of weeks and he still did not return my calls So, if you're looking for someone who won't show up for scheduled appointments and then refuses to face you about it - then Monsoon Irrigation is the company to call!
