Seamless experience. A designer came to my home in Englewood, we reviewed fabric samples for a couch I had seen on line. Two weeks later I received the couch and it was exactly as expected.
From start to finish, the service was excellent and I'm looking forward to working with Emma my designer again when we remodel our bedroom.

I purchased a sweater from the site in November of 2017. It's now February 18th and never received my purchase. I reached out to their customer service email several times in January and never got a final response and then they stopped answering my emails. I got emails saying they'd get back to me in 24 hours and not one word. I want a refund.

I purchased an oversized cardigan in December as a Christmas gift. I got an email saying it had been shipped and a tracking number. After a week I checked the tracking number as it had not been received and saw that the information said that it had been delivered and left on my porch.
I contacted Monroe and Kent as I did not get the package. After speaking with one of the customer service staff they followed up with USPS who we found out had delivered to the wrong address because I had switched the numbers by mistake. Monroe & Kent very kindly sent me a replacement cardigan at no charge. Great customer service!
