price of the item. This issue occurred on the 12 and we had it globally resolved on the [redacted]. An authorization is not a charge, an authorization is a hold issued by the card holder and maintained by the bank or CC Company.We advise the customer to please verify since this issue was already resolved. If by any chance the funds are still being held by CC company or bank we recommend to the customer to file a charge-back and we will proceed to recommend the release immediately.
It is not our intention withhold funds that are not intended to be charged.
However the charge back can only be issued by the card holder (meaning the customer).
However , this last step may not be required since this issue was resolved already.
This place is a JOKE! I ordered my mother a Christmas gift back in late November/December and she didn't get it until almost January-first issue. Secondly, I sent a complaint on December [redacted] and didn't hear back in regards to the complaint until the end of February with really NO SOLUTION to the complaint of how long it took to receive the product. My husband ordered me a necklace for Mother's Day through Groupon for $5 and when I went to the site to order the item and entered the Groupon code and I paid for 2 extra names I got charged $122.00 for a necklace that first off isn't even real and second off turned colors after the first wear! This place is a scam and their website is shady as well as their company. I called [redacted] and Southwest credit card and they advised me to try to resolve the issue with the company directly and I sent an email about a month ago with still no response. I just resent another email to them directly as well as advising GROUPON that they should review this website and get rid of this vendor as they are not a legit company and it is bad business for GROUPON! From the other reviews that I have read I see that I am not the only one who got got by this company. They should be shut down!

Without receiving a response from anyone , we decided to issue a remake on behalf of the customer , rebuilt the item and shipped it on December the [redacted] . As soon as we noticed that we made the deadline , the customers case was permanently closed.At this point we have issued a credit on the customers behalf for the 15 dollars paid in excess as a concept of the extended chain and shipping cost that where paid for the original item. If by any chance the customer receives the original item , there is no need to return it.We hope that this resolution fulfills the customers request. weeks of production after it begins. This customer complaint to the deal site and demanded a refund for a coupon that she already used with an order, thus reversing payment for the items. Our order management team cancelled the orders since the customer was refunded. Unfortunately we could not stop the orders in time and all items were shipped to the customer. (We have tracking information that can support this statement) We will not proceed with the customer’s desired settlement, unless all merchandise is returned.
We have reached out to the customer directly and managed to resolve the entire matter.

As stated by the business, the associated promotion has expired, and as such, the existingvoucher is worth $29.99 toward the purchase of the same item, which is now on sale on their site for $39.99. However, the business is attempting to require me to purchase the item in question from a separate link where it is listed at a $99.99 price. In essence, this is bait and switch marketing, where an item is listed a multiple costs. My request to use the dollar amount already paid for the sale item which is the same exact item is not a "combination of promotions," and Mr. R[redacted]'s insistence of this claim merely affirms the fact that he is attempting to defraud me into paying more for an item that is being sold on the same site a a lower price. As such, I do not intend to give Monogram Hub more money for an item that could be purchased for less on their very same site, for the simple fact that he is refusing to honor the terms of the deal site with which he himself partnered to boost his company's sales. His partnership with this site would suggest that he will abide by their terms, which he continues to adamantly resist. Furthermore, his childish statements regarding my desire to "battle over terms" that are "irrelevant" is just case and point of the fact that his business, now open for just two short years, has close to 100 complaints listed on the Revdex.com site. Thank you.
