A cushion on the sofa we purchased is defective and we seek replacement as stated in the warranty. On Feb 11,2011 on [redacted] ,reference # XXXXXXXX,authorization #XXXXXX,at 15:45 we purchased a Bushline Sectional sofa from Monk's Furniture in Sanford. [redacted] was the salesperson. The sofa came with a 10 year warranty on the cushions and springs. In Nov of 2013 we noticed sagging on one of the cushions. The warranty states that sagging up to 10% is considered normal wear, we estimate that the sagging was in excess of 50%.We believe that the cushion is defective. We contacted [redacted] in November. He told us he would get us a replacement. In December, when we did not hear from him, we contacted him again and once more were told he was working on it.January was the same. When we did not hear from him,we contacted him and heard more excuses and more promises of action. On February 20 I personally went to the store to get an update.I was told he is working on it.I told him that if I did not hear back from him by March 1 with some sort of an update ,that I would contact the Revdex.com for help. I did not hear from him ,so I ask your help in getting the warranty honored and the defective cushion replaced.[redacted] was always polite and respectful, but after 4 months something should have been done in getting a replacement. As a side note, my wife and I are the only ones who use the couch. We are retired . I weigh about 175 and my wife much less. The couch is not subject to any unusual use.We ask you help in getting a replacement cushion and thank you for assistance.Desired SettlementWe ask that the defective cushion be replaced.
