I placed an order on feb 4th for a product, the stylist told me the hair wouldn't be in until feb 10th, so I paid the deposit which was more than half of the total $300. A week went by, I didn't hear anything so u reached out to her and she asked if I could come by for measurements, due to work I couldn't that particular day so she said that I can take pics of my head and she could go by that. After that, again I contacted her about a timeframe for the product and she told me the next Friday. So she that next Friday she reached out asking could I come in Saturday morning and she would let me know what time so I told her I was available anytime Saturday morning. Saturday gets here, no word from her, I messaged her after seeing she had just posted of* ask her if we were still on because I had plans later that day. She responded 4hrs later stating 'omg, just seeing this, I'm here'.... No apology or anything!!! So I reached to her later in the week telling her that I would have someone come by and pick the Merchandise up and she asked if I would be able to install it and I told her no, so she proceeds to say, I apologize but you won't be able to install it, I'll have to do it. So, me still trying to keep cordial with her I asked if she would be able to install it the following day and she says that it'll be a wait, but I can. At this point I just want the product because I know due to here lack of professionalism it would be a problem. No empathy, apology or nothing for my inconvenience what so ever. Her name shouldn't be ANYTHING professional!!!

Finish the job Hand over the product or a refund of some sort of discount for the Inconvenience and unprofessional handling of the service.
This is *** and I am responding to a complaint.
Client received Unit in perfect condition...Was told that she could get it on whenever she wanted and because there would have been a small wait on the day she chose...she decided to file..I have since reached out and apologized...but customer received full order...before the complaint was ever filed..Nothing else can be done
