Money Tree Lead Systems Reviews (%countItem)

I wonder why 2/25/20 and 3/2/20 led to a bunch of five-star reviews of this company found here. I doubt they are legit reviews... and why?
Our experience mirrors those who spoke of the poor quality of the leads, staff, systems, communication all lacking. Do NOT think for a minute that they will honor their "money-back guarantee" because they will find a way to say you didn't fulfill your part of the contract, even though their errors led to the missed calls that we had.
Brian Z. below is spot on about the buggy systems, not to mention the horrible customer service, and low quality leads. This company is ridiculously priced for the poor appointments and leads that they provide and PLEASE don't fall for their money-back guarantee. You won't get it back because of one excuse or another. We spent thousands of dollars with them and not one lead turned into a sale, unfortunately. Shame on us for being gullible and shame on them for really bad business practices.

I've been in business with Market Maker Leads for over a year now, The staff is amazing, I get great leads and more importantly APPOINTMENTS every single day. There is one down side, I don't get to slack...Unless I schedule it. I would definitely sign up over and over.
Do it, and just trust that process is what leads to success. It is not magic, or instant success. It's just people dedicated to doing all of the things I just couldn't get myself to do. Who wants to do cold calling? Yuck. I love talking to people who want to talk to me. Market Maker does everything they advertise and more.

Before signing up to spoke with Kameron Johnson who is a sales rep for the company. He offered a money back guarantee that stated all funds (Aside from the $500 Facebook Ad spend) would be refunded in the manner in which they were billed if in 90 days I was not satisfied with the company’s system. He said I needed to maintain billing for two cycles with no card billing issues and needed to be active in the system for at least 85 days. I needed to disposition all appointments, and I did that and beyond by providing notes on most appointments. It was also stated that I would be able to download and take any procured leads with me if I chose to cancel, but I wouldn’t have canceled if the leads that were procured were legitimate. Most least procured were looking for rentals, which is not the purpose of the company’s system. The other type of leads procured couldn’t be approved to buy a house unless he or she had some drastic life events that changed his or her financial position.

This customer did describe the majority of the conditions required for the Money Back Guarantee we offered. However one condition that he left out was that every appointment be dispositioned the same day it occurred and that a good faith effort be made to attend every appointment. We ask this so that we know the customer is doing the things required to be successful with us and to make sure the system is doing everything it is designed for in a timely fashion. This particular customer dispositioned several of his appointments days later and, in some cases, days or hours before the appointment was to occur and marked them as a "No Show". We are proud of our product and the success it has provided many of our customers, we have also had several that chose to exercise their money back guarantee and have met all the conditions required. These customers have been given their money back as we promised, again, we just ask that each customer do their part as we are doing ours. This is why the decision was made not to refund this customer any money.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because:

Notes were made for every appointment and every appointment was annotated same day and dispositioned. I believe there were a few that were rental related inquires that were dispositioned a day or two late. I have been very communicative throughout the entire time I was working with the team at Market Maker and I am requesting a fair and just response to my request. If you feel I do not deserve a full refund as discussed let’s please find something that will work for us both.

Sincerely

We stand by our assertion that many of these appointments were dispositioned several days later and, again, some were actually completed prior to the actual date of the appointment. Furthermore, our records show that this customer was never formally offered the money back guarantee as that requires the execution of the document via Docusign and I show he was never even sent this document.

In selecting to do business with Market Maker my expectations of the services and results were well below what was promised. They had great sales representatives that were able to sell me on the idea promising that if I was not satisfied I could cancel within the 90days for a money-back guarantee. Despite my gut telling me no the sales representative was able to push me past that. I was told that Market Maker also wants me to succeed and works diligently to get viable sales to assure that I continue with the services. In addition, the only thing I am out is the lead cost since it is covered by a 90-day guarantee.

Sadly, the services I received right out of the gate just continued to eat away at my 90days, my lead budget, the success of a viable lead; as well as a professional appearance to prospects. I was provided a representative that did not reach out or follow up in a timely manner. Things that were requested to be corrected a new representative was assigned to my case to try and correct. Some of the issues are listed below:

My business name was tagged incorrectly. The number assigned to my dialer was a CT number vs a local number to show leads I am local. The system was to be set up with two 15mile radiuses vs one 20 mile radius to avoid being in states I am not licensed in; as well as cover the areas I focus my business in. I was receiving leads in states I was not licensed to service. Setting up the RETS was challenging since their company doesn't work with the MLSPin. Market Maker promised to refund my account $100 a month to consume that cost. Those credits were not received. Only the credit of $150 for leads from out of state was applied in January; which I still do not feel is an accurate refund for losing the valuable time toward my monthly services and charges. There was no brokerage information listed on the website, my personal address was listed, and my cell number was listed vs my business number. This request was taken care of after multiple requests to do so. I would receive emails from representatives saying I did not send information to him but never received a request or instructions to do so. Leads where being texted to call me and texted that we had appointments when we did not, just a lot of system errors that took some time to get corrected and made me look very unprofessional. I was receiving calls before appointments and then that stopped and reminders were not being sent. Leads felt I was scamming them vs. helping them. Advertising was being sent to only Facebook when I was promised Google as well. This was never corrected. I never got to see the Ads being placed despite requesting them. Sales tactics to make leads click and enter information under false pretenses for a foreclosure list or rent to own is what the leads that I did speak to where promised. That is not something agents have access to only banks and attorneys. This creates dishonesty within my business that I do not pride my business on. It also creates an unprofessional business alliance between the two of us. If I am paying for leads I should see where the money is being spent, how much is being spent, how much is left in the budget, and what ads are being run. I should be able to approve what is being represented in my business as well. I requested to see a breakdown of my $1000 being spent on my personal account/leads and still have not received that. I was locked out of my account and was unable to export leads I paid for. I requested the lead's information be sent and was told they do not have the ability to do so. ISA's only texting not calling clients to build rapport, constant no shows, leads that do answer are not vetted, buyers looking for rents or foreclosure properties can't get approved for loans. My representative was supposed to discuss why so many no shows on my account to try and improve quality over quantity; however, the only thing that took place was my leads started to decrease tremendously with no active appointments set. All of this has driven me to decide it was time to cut ties before I lost any additional money. As stated before my case was handled very unprofessionally taking up valuable time and money to make it work within the 90day period.

My services have been canceled I was locked out of the account and did not get to get an updated export of leads. I feel the whole $3193 should be refunded; as well as my credit for the RETS I paid out totaling $164.52 leading to a total refund of $3357.52 for not receiving the services promised, the advertising promised, nor the customer service and follow-through promised. I should not be losing my hard-earned money for staffing issues, technical difficulties, or customer service shortfalls. I requested a refund and was told I had to email the president requesting a refund who quickly denied my request after explaining I have done my part, made the calls, requested corrections to errors on my website (multiple times until done), provided required tasks, set up leads with searches, worked the leads that answered; whereas in return my case with Market Maker has handled my case unprofessionally from the start and promises of services have not been delivered leading to my continual dissatisfaction.

*** response was:

Thank you for allowing me the time to review your account. And while it does appear that you had a few issues early on, what I can see is that they were addressed in a timely manner. One reason a condition of the 90-day money back guarantee is that you remain on the system for 80 days is so that we can make any necessary marketing changes, etc. so that a client can start getting success on the system. I understand that you were unsure of everything from the start and I'm sure that exacerbated these feelings.

However I cannot find anything that would necessitate a refund so will have to deny your request. I know that's not the answer you were expecting but know that I do take these requests very seriously and thoroughly review everything before making my decision.

I would love it if this worked for everyone, unfortunately, at times it does not.

We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

I then responded with:

Hi ***,

I did not hear back after requesting you reconsider your decision. Your company has a 90day money back guarantee; which is what I was told and did not provide the services or support from the start that was promised. I did not want a third payment taken out to continue to get the poor service with no results. I again ask that you reconsider your decision or I will have no choice than to report how your company did not provide the service promised then refused a refund and took my leads to the Revdex.com. In addition, I will notify all the agents associated with the MLS PIN and NAR via an email blast and report my experience on all social feeds of the same experience I emailed you about.

Again, I have everything in writing and in recording and what was promised was not delivered nor handled professionally. Nor was I provided the training and support for the first mo. like was promised. I would like to keep this issue between you and I; however if we cannot come to a resolution I want to make sure others are not taken advantage of like I was.

The president *** response:

It's a shame that you feel resorting to threats and extortion might change my position. Unfortunately, it just reinforces it.

My Response:

***,

It's a shame you feel that way. It is a further shame you fail to see that you and your company are the ones that are extortionists and taking advantage of agents with false promises and not following through with proper customer service or support. I am not threatening you I am merely providing you the opportunity to do the right thing or I will take the further steps explained to make sure other agents are aware of how your company does business.

No refund on the 90 day money back guarantee that they do not inform you of all details associated with the said guarantee. No further response was provided or exchanged from either party via email and sadly I like many were taken advantage of by this company. BUYER BEWARE.....

I placed a dispute with my credit card company for not receiving the services promised; however, the company has the agreement they have you click okay to move forward when paying them it trumpeted the lack of service they provided in the credit companies opinion. The agreement is very vague in what they offer but protects the amount they charge. Sadly despite the proof in writing of what was promised via the company's emails the agreed agreement still trumpeted it. Despite the company not honoring what they promised and the company not providing proper customer service they could and should show they are a customer based business by honoring refunds when requested as promised and as promised here on Revdex.com.

As the customer points out from our earlier correspondence, one of the conditions of our money back guarantee is that the customer be on the system for a minimum of 80 days. This allows us to make marketing changes and primarily because many internet leads have a longer conversion cycle and we want to give the customer a chance to experience success on our system. The agreement the customer refers to is provided to a potential client upon ordering from us and every time they log into the system. Like many internet based companies, the agreement is in the form of terms and conditions that require the customer to scroll through the entire document and click 'accept' prior to moving forward with us. We cannot be held responsible for a customer not taking the time to read through a legal document that outlines their relationship with us. Again as the customer points out, she disputed these charges with her credit card company, which agreed with our position that we had provided all of our contractual obligations.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because:

Customer satisfaction was not met and they provided very poor customer service. The advertising was false advertisement of what is offered such as foreclosure list and rent to owns. In addition, they had in accurate information listed such as my cell vs. My business number and my business name not correct. Issues discussed and never corrected make my business look very unprofessional leading to discontinuation of their services. They are not providing services contractually promised. Never mind having the wrong advertising radius for the first 3wks of service providing leads from states that I don't service.

Sincerely

The issues she raises were all addressed and corrected in a timely manner. The phone number and address on the site are initially entered by the sales department so they will often reflect the clients' billing address. She brought this to our attention on 12/19 and it was fixed the same day. The marketing radius being wrong was fixed one week after we began her marketing campaign, not three weeks as she claims. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and take every customer complaint or concern seriously and this customer was no exception.

I’ve had a great experience with Market Maker! The best lead gen system in existence!!

This company promises a money back guarantee but withholds important information when it comes to that money back guarantee so they can keep your money. Their system is a also a buggy mess, and the quality of leads they provide are the worst I have ever seen from nearly a dozen similar companies. Save your time and money and go with a reputable business instead.

After selling real estate for 20 years and using most of the “top” lead gen platforms I can say without question... Market Maker is the most effective platform I have ever used. My ROI on every dollar spent is 5 to 1. Great customer service to boot! I would highly recommend to both beginners and certainly for experienced agents.

This is the best CRM for real estate I have ever used (and I’ve tried a lot!) Within the next year, I am on track to double my business. Thank you Market Maker!!

An amazing thats helped grow my company with unbelievable results. A true 5 star business.

Generated more ROI & grew my prospect database. Very user friendly. Highly recommended.

I’ve been using this platform/CRM for our Real Estate business for the last 5 years..We have a team of 34 Agents currently. Over the years, if something does go out, they are quick to fix an issue, usually within Minutes.

I purchased this system after months of talking with them. The told me that they were easy to work with and that they had a deal. Regular Price was over 2000.00 that they would offer it to me 997.00. Thought was a great deal told me if I were not happy, they would return 100%. They called me I gave the charge card and charged me. The guy gave me a log-on name and password I logged in, and he walked how to download titles. And he said it would take a minute and said that someone would be calling me to Onboard. I was on system noticed all my names did not download I called them back. Got a voice mail told a person to call me back realize this is the very day I purchased system 7/21/19 our call was like noon. About 1 pm I called them got voice mail. Then I called again the salesperson no answer hot line. Now im nervouse I have been hustled. After about 430-pm, I called my bank to cancel or chargeback the charge. I never received a call say me *** we are here to help. Never received on boarding call. Never one call from them asking if there is a problem. I logged in to it once with sales person started download because I was told how to. And now the say I have used it. This this system send email never one email never had website setup. Nothing not one lead not one call from system person. After charge me

This client bought one of our lower end products at 3:50pm on Friday, July 19, 2019. With a little more than an hour left in the work week, our customer service representatives are typically extremely busy closing out support tickets and finishing up coaching calls. Our process is to give clients on this product a one hour onboarding call where we get them logged on and explain the basics of the system. Obviously, there was not enough time to accomplish this the day that he bought. His salesperson did get him logged on to the system and they attempted to upload a list of leads. At 7:55pm that same day, the client submitted a support ticket requesting to connect his gmail account and other lead sources. This ticket was answered by our support staff at 8:13 am the following day (our office is not open on the weekend). The customer service rep informed the client that they would be reaching out to him on Monday to schedule his onboarding call and would cover all these topics then. The client then cancelled his system at 8:15 am without responding or acknowledging the support persons response. Frankly, we never had a chance to discuss anything with this client as he bought late on a Friday and cancelled early Saturday morning. On the following Monday, we received notice from our credit card processor that the client was disputing the charge, which would result in a chargeback and the money being taken back out of our account. We did have a full refund policy with this product and would have gladly refunded him his money, however this request was never made. Chargebacks have a tremendous cost to the merchant as they affect your credit card processing fees and can result in reserves being held out to cover excessive chargebaeks. Therefore, we have made it policy to fight every chargeback in the hopes of keeping our ratios and costs down. We essentially sent the same information as above to the dispute department, they ruled in our favor and returned the money to our account.

We considered this matter closed until we received a phone call from this past client in early January asking to have his system restored or his money refunded. Since his account had been canceled over three months ago, all of his data is automatically purged so we could not reactivate his account. This situation could have been handled entirely differently but we firmly believe we were never given the opportunity to amicably resolve it. The reputational damage from the chargeback, the amount of time it took to put together the information to rebut the dispute was all an expense and time we did not need to expend.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because I never received a call from anyone after the sale. I left a message telling them about the problems I was having. When I never received a call from the rep or a from customer service saying they could help. Never on that Monday did I receive a call about onboarding. When You call them, you get a voice mail, or you can chat online. They don't answer. I charged back because no one reached out at all. The Reason they one the case is because it was refunded never heard from them, and three months later, they charged it back. Services were never used, and you can not log in. When I tried a week ago, I could not log in. If I have paid for a service Why would they lock me out if a service I rightfully paid for in full? And still have had no one reach out. And it is funny now they say about a low-end product. When they sold it, it was the best product they have, and that I would be so impressed the next year, I would have to pay full price. The salesperson said he would check upon me never did. If you had a customer that paid for your service and he reaches out to you. Why would you not call them and say there is a miss understanding? I have called them. And of course, when you buy something, it doesn't work you reach out, and no one ever calls you to feel hustled. They stole this money, and I never fought the charge back. They waited for three months and charged again. I was not made aware by my bank I would have fought it. I understand that my chances of getting this money back slim at best. But this about them offering a service, taking it back, then charging me again. Now the customer service and the dishonesty. If they don't try to fix it and they take the service back, and they get paid. Should my complaint stand to warn others? It is apparent I never used the service. Don't let them keep a rating. People will think they are a good company. They did nothing to service, fix the problem, they take the money and run
Sincerely

Just getting into this program and I love it. Market maker has compiled so many other services I use into one great site. The training is great and I always talk to a real person!

I recommend that you do not use their services for multiple reasons. 1. The services are overpriced and the same results can be accomplished using slydialer broadcast, mail chimp, mojo dialer. They will tell you their services are easier to use but it is not user friendly and easier to work with the individual resources mentioned and you will save money. They were charging me $1,200 a month. I accomplished the same thing while only paying a quarter of the price. 2. High set up fees, I was charged $2,000 for a set up fee which was rediculous. 3. Non refundable unused marketing money. In addition to the high monthly fee they also make you pay for "marketing dollars" I was budgeted at $500 a month. I kept being billed even though I wasn't using the marketing money. I decided the service was not worth the money and I asked if I could refund the unused marketing dollars. They said the money was non refundable and I probably had around $2,000 unused marketing dollars. They said the send thst money to the marketing companies and cant get it back. The only advertising they use is Facebook and google. They refused to refund any unused marketing money and would not let me use the money on marketing. Save your money and do not use them.

I'm a real estate agent. I signed up with Market Maker to get leads- people who wanted to work with a real estate agent to buy or sell the property. I was told with this Market Maker system I would get 40 contacts a month of people who came to a website and wanted to be contacted by a real estate agent.
I paid $695 plus $695 set up and an ad fee or $400 to get these 40 contacts a month. What I received was the names and some address that may or may not be the person's address that looked at a website but did not click on the site and left there information. What this company does is look at IP address that was on their website, then send the information saying it is a lead... this is no different than if I took a phone book and picked out random names. *** this is a complete scam. The Websiite where I signed up was: http://www.marketmakerleads.com. When I was charged it was under the name Money Tree Lead Systems,LLC

Money Tree Lead Systems Response • Sep 12, 2018

This customer purchased our platform on 6/25/18, his set up was completed on 7/2/18 and marketing began on his site 7/6/18. On 7/19/18, we received notice from the customer that they wanted to cancel. In the thirteen days we had marketing active, we generated 44 leads for this client from our efforts. He immediately claimed that the leads were not good and that he had been promised at least 40 contacts per month. As you can see, in much less than a month, we generated more than the 40 leads he claims were promised. Further, it is not our policy to ever promise, or otherwise guarantee any number of leads and, in fact, the contract signed by this and every customer specifically states that we do not guarantee that any leads will be generated and that the customer specifically agrees to this. Furthermore, the contract (attached for your reference) specifically states that all monies paid to us are non-refundable unless the contract is accompanied by an appropriate addendum. This customer did not receive any addendum stating a refund was a possibility.

In short, this customer never voiced any concerns in the short period he was active with us and never gave us a chance to adjust his marketing or any other possible solution that would have alleviated his concerns. His only request after cancelling was demanding a full refund. He then disputed all charges with his credit card company, when we won the dispute simply by presenting the contract legally executed by the customer, he then filed this complaint.

We more than fulfilled everything we were contractually obligated to and believe fully that this complaint is without merit.

Respectfully,

Money Tree Lead Systems, LLC; dba Market Maker Leads

I am going to explain in great length the numerous issues we have encountered starting with the initial sign-up attempt. We tried to register on Dec 31 (deadline for the “special”) and we were looped our every time we tried to get to the credit card input page. In turn we called *** (on Tues, Feb 2nd) to try to set up program since we could not online that Sunday prior. After providing the zip codes we wanted, I had to inquire as the next steps when he was trying to conclude our conversation. He told me I would be getting a call to schedule the onboarding within 24 hours since it was late in the afternoon at that time. All I received was an email for a “group” for onboarding session. This did not talk about the program we purchased (***) but only the ***. After calling to inquire about the *** campaign for 2 days we finally connected with ***. I was left under the impression someone would call me to discuss more details about *** because we discussed (with ***) being more specific within zip codes (ie subdivisions to target) that Monday. Later that week received a lead registration immediately after receiving the training links/video. We received that same lead registration 12 times. After numerous attempts to find out why the landing page was not allowing people to register (just put in an address) it took 2 days to get a call. After discussing the issue I asked to get an update by the end of day as to ensure I was not being charged multiple time for the lead’s numerous attempts to get information after inputting their home address and also to the status of my funds used for the *** as I wanted to pause my *** if this could not be rectified. I did not receive a return that day and perused with an email the following day to numerous individuals that I wanted a full refund of my marketing money $800 since it was not providing accurate lead information due to ineffective website. In addition to no communication as discussed. When the home value site was finally corrected and I was able to view the crm/campaigns I had no idea what to do. After calling the sales rep myself (after numerous email attempts with no response) he said I should have received training videos re: *** - that I should have definitely been familiar with what to do with the leads we received. The only videos I received were the *** Solo training videos had 2 videos of no significance. I even asked about changing some of the verbiage in the campaigns and the sales rep said you could and the training videos would show you how. Again, to this day I still do know how to utilize the ***/house values system nor have any videos/training. After being offered a "upgraded" product at 3X the amount we signed up for or a refund, we decided not to move forward as we still were getting inconsistent information. I was told the VP of the company would contact me. When I did not hear anything for over a week, I communicated my frustration again and the fact the VP never called me. I was told that "the information would be passed along the chain of command" and I could expect a call from the VP in a day. Well, it has been over 2 months and they are still holding my $1,000 investment "hostage". DO NOT utilize this company as anything they tell you CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!
P.S. I have NEVER filed a complaint on the Revdex.com!!!

Over 80% of the products that were bought for through their contract was not provided to me either in a timely manner or at all. I was also charged extra for advertising money without agreeing to anything. I have been working with Brian Spratt who will no longer return my phone calls or emails and have been denied a refund request by the company.

Dear Representative of the Revdex.com,In response to the complaint from ***, Complaint ID:Money Tree Lead Systems provided services to *** in the form of a Real Estate CRM...software that tracks and talks to its clients. This CRM was chartered from the National Association of Expert Advisor's to be (1) part of a Realtor Program (RAMP), sold across the country, which *** engaged in for a Term of 90 Days (Agreement Attached). As you can see by the Agreement *** signed, Money Tree Lead Systems involvement was section (4), which was delivered as per the Agreement.Multiple remedies were presented to *** to ensure his (6) month engagement with RAMP and its success, where a refund, if applicable, would have been executed, but *** refused all such attempts.
Under the provisioning of the Agreement, it shows (1) remedy for refund, which required Mr. Steffen to be engaged with RAMP for (6) months, where he only completed (3).
Based on the above, ***'s complaint is not against Money Tree Lead Systems, Springfield Mo., and we respectfully request its filing to be voided.Respectfully

When their system wouldn't work for market maker ads, were suppose to fix and get back to me, never heard from them again. Leads were not very good and no ROi there. Despite the high dollar cost. Cancelled with them, they shut my account off yet charged us for a whole extra month and refused to return the money. Now won't return phone calls. If you want to be ripped off and scammed, then sign up.

I had been doing business with Moneytree Lead Systems for several months when I noticed that I was not getting the service that I was promised. The guy who had originally sold the service to me, ***, left the company and no one else knew what he had promised. I contacted the company and asked that my account be closed. I explained that I was not happy and had not benefitted in any way as *** had promised. Then *** called me and begged that I give him another shot. He asked for 3 months more at a reduced rate and promised that he would pay out of pocket for the advertising. He also guaranteed at least one phone meeting each week where he and whoever else was on the project, would discuss the results. I never got one call. I had reached out to *** to discuss how unhappy I was and we set appointments to talk but were unable to connect. I finally called accounting to cancel my account and my last payment was debited from my bank the next morning. I had asked that whoever was in charge call me to discuss. I've sent emails and made calls but after a couple months, no one has reached out to me. I gave them the benefit of doubt but I truly believe that this company is ripping people off. This is the first time that I am filing a complaint about any business.

We began our relationship with this customer on Jan 16, 2017 when she purchased our product through a program being offered by another company. In less than a week, she notified us that she was not happy with the other company, wanted to eliminate their involvement and become a direct customer of ours. We finalized this process on Feb. 1, 2017 and requested some of the monies paid by the customer to the other company be transferred to us to offset set-up fees and pay-per-click marketing on her account.

This relationship continued until Sep. 8, 2017 when we received notice that the customer wanted to cancel her agreement with us. Per the agreement signed by the customer on Feb. 1, 2017, all cancellations require a 90-day notice and any payments to us for use of the system are non-refundable. Having this in mind, one of our representatives reached out to her to find out why she was cancelling and to put together a plan to alleviate any concerns she had and to keep her as a customer after the 90-day cancellation period had ended. On Sep. 14 we agreed to reduce her obligation during the 90-day cancellation period from $997/month to $597/month and issue a marketing credit of $200/month during this time. This reduced her contractually obligated amount due to us by $1,200 in addition to the $600 total we would spend on marketing during her cancellation period.

The agreement entered into on Sep. 14 stated that the customer had the right to opt-out of any continued relationship with us after the 90-days if we failed to fulfill any of the expectations set out in the agreement. On Nov. 16, 2017, the customer again cancelled her account and the final payment agreed to by her during her 90-day cancellation period was charged on Nov. 17, 2017. There are numerous notes on her account both prior to, and after cancellation, by our customer service representatives stating that she had either missed, or rescheduled multiple training calls, which obviously made our job more difficult.

We take this, and any customer complaint, very seriously and go above and beyond to delight every customer we have. We do feel however, that in this customers case, we have gone above and beyond and despite repeated efforts to satisfy her, ultimately have failed. However, given the financial concessions ($1,800) made by us during her cancellation period, we are unable to offer any additional refunds.

Customer Response • Jan 12, 2018

Hello,I received an email today and I am a bit confused as to why this complaint was closed due to lack of response on my part. The last message that I received from Revdex.com was that there was no further action at this time. I understand that this company does not agree with my point of view but they are not correct. I happen to know that they put a lot of effort into holding people to their contract regardless of whether they are holding up their side of the agreement. Rather than try to fight with them, I had asked that they please give me the service that we had originally agreed on and I could at least have the opportunity to make money off the service that I was paying for in the first place. While Moneytree does a good job of having people answer phones and provide training on how to use their product, no one really seems to know that much about any one part of the product. So there is training but the employees are not that familiar with how the system works. I had several people reach out to me over the period of time that I was in contract, but often times the answer to my question was "I'm not sure, I'll have to have someone get back to you about that." I believe only the original founders of this company really know how things work and I have recently been in communication with one of them. I told them that I would be happy if they would reimburse me for the last month because that payment was charged AFTER I told them that I wanted to cancel. When I brought it to their attention, I was told that there was nothing they could do, that's how their system works. At this time they did not even ask me why I was unhappy or even try to make things work. In fact, the only time that anyone tried to make things right was the first time I asked to cancel my program with them. That's when *** got involved and promised me the world IF I would sign a new contract. I completely believed that *** was sincere and had my back. No sooner had I signed the new agreement and he was gone. Of course, he pretended to try to reach me but I was obviously no longer a high enough priority. The reason that I know this is that prior to this time, *** would respond to me and follow up with me almost immediately. After we created a new agreement, he would cancel or postpone our call to a time that I could not make it. He didn't ask me if I was available, they just use this information in attempts to prove they did their part and make the client the problem. The thing that makes me most upset is that they are only concerned with making me wrong and of course, they are always right. I am not a big technology person, I am a real estate agent. I was hoping to find a product that could help me generate leads. It was never explained to me where these leads were coming from. Specifically, what ads were running on my behalf to get people to click in and sign up on my website. I had expressed my disappointment about the quality of the leads early on and had asked for sample ads that they were running for me. I could go on and on about my experience. It's not right that people can take advantage of others and get away with it. As I mentioned before, I have never filed a complaint in my life. The tactics this company uses should be made known so that other people can be aware of how they will be at a disadvantage if they want to try this product out and then find that they are not happy with the service. I would like to continue pursuing my reimbursement. I spent thousands of dollars over the last year and never got one valid lead. I spent hours on end in their "training" and setting up my system without one thing to show for it. I was promised a well that would never run dry and that this would be the only thing that I would ever need to generate more leads than I would know what to do with. I was promised that I would have my branding in front of people in my desired area that I service and that people would know my name by using this system. They told me that people would be calling, texting and emailing me for my help because they would create a brand presence for me as the area expert. Many of the leads came from out of state. They also promised that I would get leads with phone numbers and email addresses. While the reality was that the only people that answered the phone when I called were the wrong number because Moneytree's system has no way of validating the information like other lead generation systems. The people that answered the phone had no idea who I was and no interest in buying or selling. Please let me know what steps that I should take next. Thank you,-
