Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I received the response from the business, and I am not satisfied The owner did not respond to very much of the complaint He did not address the fact that he had very poor customer service skills and how rude he was Not to mention, whenever I called about the vehicle, he didn't seem to know what the vehicle was in for He was a very confused man He was even confused when my daughter called the following day when the car still wasn't running right, he thought the vehicle was in for a bumper repair The owner mentioned that my husband called about the vehicle, my husband never called or spoke to [redacted] about the vehicle My husband works overnight and I have to take care of the vehicle [redacted] made it seem in his response that the vehicle is only my husbands, because it is registered to him ***'s Auto body sign says free check engine light, it does not follow up by saying you must pay a diagnostics fee after the find a code None of this was ever explained to myself or my daughter when the car was dropped off My daughter specifically asked on more than one occasion that the problem would be figured out free of charge because it was a check engine light He was also told not to fix anything or begin charging anything until I was contacted If a diagnostics fee was going to be charged, he should have said that when I picked my daughter up from the shop when she dropped the car off In my eyes his sign is misleading and advertising I ***'t feel as if I should have to pay a diagnostics fee of $in which was never discussed with me, the sign said free check engine light, and thats what the car was there for...therefore it should have been free, otherwise [redacted] should have said we are doing a diagnostic and it is going to be an $charge Never happened!!! I am also not satisfied with the fact that he didn't mention anything about the fact that the car is still hesitating between and mph when accelerating Our car never did this prior to bringing the vehicle in, and after paying $and my car sitting at a shop for nearly hours, I expect that the car would run the same it did prior to the parts being put in by ***'s Auto Body The car is still not running right and this is over weeks later! I was upset the repairs cost so much, but I paid them because I need a car, but I wasn't expecting to pay this amount of money for my car not to run right And after bringing it back the following day of repair by my daughter and the answer she received, it seemed like they just don't care and don't want to look into why the car isn't running right after the repairs they performed I do have a cause for complaint, considering he price gauged the parts prices! I am completely not satisfied with the response from the business, and want my car to run right like it did prior to the repairs needed!! I also ***'t feel as if I should pay an $diagnostics fee, when that was never discussed, let alone the price overcharge on the parts!!!! I would like to say don's auto is one of the most unorganized shops I have ever dealt with.after dropping my car off on a wednsday I finally picked the car up on tuesday.nothing was done to the car at all.don the owner said it would be taken care of the day after I dropped it off.I called friday and I was told they would call me after it was complete and the mecanic said that they normally don't work on that kind of a car.even though they had worked on it before.on monday I called to ask what was up with the car avnd iwas told nothing at all.that I would receive a call back right away.nothing happened again ,no phone call so on tuesday I picked my car up after letting it sit in there parking lot days.great job -don's
Had a radiator and water pump replacedThey did an excellent job and service was quickThey performed the work as agreed, did not try to up-sell services, and their prices were excellentI would absolutely use them again
We changed HVAC guys recently, we went with Baker Heating and Cooling( http://www.dbakerhvac.com/ ) They were straight forward and honest, they came out to repair our AC not try to up sell usWhen the day was done our AC was working and I do not feel like I got bent over a barrel
Why I went to Baker :
The previous company came out looked at our system did some trouble shooting and found we were completely out of refrigerantI asked the previous company tech to look at the notes of the previous guy and he said there were not anyI new the previous guy did something with a valve but I did not know exactly whatThen before I knew it we were talking new heat pumpsThe previous company tech even called me back because he got in trouble with his boss for not setting up a sales call with meAll of this and they had not even found the source of the leak The price they quoted me for the leak test was two times as much as what Baker charged meThe price they charged me for a pound of refrigerant last year was two and half times as muchWow how long have I been getting ripped off
I am real happy with Baker and would recommend them to anyone

The company indicated that they did not request identificationThe company did not contact me at the number on my credit reportIf they would have contacted me they would have been aware that I did not applyIt is utterly ridiculous what this organization is subjecting me toI only wish the organization would have implemented the same tactics in which they are taking me through, prior to putting this fraudulent inquiry on my credit reportThis is outrageous and unfair. Since the company does not have adequate information and did not properly reassure that I was the party applying, they should do the right thing and remove the fraudulent inquiry

I have been going to Car Lane for the last years as they provide excellent service I have always been served quickly and they take the time to explain everything that is of concern with my vehicles Even more so, they have done a number things for me without charging which is astonishing in this age of business They treat me like family and I appreciate that John (Jon) and Jess Band the team are exceptional
While we don't 100% think that this business did anything along the lines of malpractice, our family strongly suggests they educate their caregivers better on how to treat families who choose their business during a time when a loved one is facing the end of their lifeWe were unaware that our loved one was experiencing his final days and expected the nurses who came to our home to be capable of realizing they wereInstead, we were lead to believe he was merely having an adverse reaction to a medication THEY gave us to give himWe fully expected him to return to normalcy after the medicine wore offInstead, he passed away just days laterThe night they came to our home to check on him was a night where his symptoms seemed extreme enough for us to call them to helpIt took them almost hours to arrive and when they did, they were not even going to check on him directlyThey simply wanted to talk to us and then leaveThe nurse who said it was a reaction to the meds was new we learned later and was basing her comments solely on what we said and not on what she sawAll we told her was that an hour after he took the medicine his symptoms got worse We had no idea what caused it, she simply assumed incorrectly that it was the medsWe were told to stop all meds and they would call next day to let us know what next to doThe call came almost hours later and a different nurse said that the doctor stated it was likely our loved one had a full nights sleep and that what he was experiencing was merely a dream Then she stated to start him back on the medsHe was only asleep an hour before the symptoms started, and not even close to sleeping a full night! They never came back out to check on himThen, two days later he passedThroughout our entire experience with them we were constantly frustrated with their late arrivalsThey had set appointments and rarely showed up on timeIt was at least an hour or more on average with the home health aideShe could never be here by as agreedOur loved one was very anxious about time so this was very much a frustration for him and usShe promised to try harder to be on time but never succeededThe nurse was always pushing drugs onto him to use even when his condition didnt show a needIt was always suppose to be promoting quality of lifeThat was what they claimedBut we felt their focus was only on end of lifeAnd yet, when that end came they let us downProper education would have allowed other love ones to travel here maybe for final moments with himAnd we maybe wouldn't have lost days of sleep helping him overcome his "medicine reaction" We could have used their continue care team to help us 24/like they offer clients when the final days are upon themBut we had no idea we were in the final daysOn the day he passed, it took the nurse who first came hours to arrive She was very good once she did, but it took way too long to get hereThen, to call his death they require a second nurseIt took hours after he passed for the 2nd nurse to arrive Ultimately, they made an already stressful experience way more stressful than it should have been for him and the family
