*** *** *** I bought a dress from Moncouturier off of ***.com When I recieved the dress there was a stain on the back of the dress so I immediately contacted Moncouturier for a return authorizationOn the SAME day I recieved the damaged dress from Moncouturier, I ordered an identical dress from another sellerIt took over a week for Moncouturier to get back in contact with me for a return authorizationThe same day I recieved the authorization I mailed the dress backI waited for TWO weeks for a refund before I contacted themI recieved a email back a few days later, this email was the LAST time Montcouturier would reply to my emails, stating that although it had been two weeks since the return it would be another before it was processedThey also stated that without a tracking number there would not be a refundSo I waitedAfter about a week I recieved a refund from Moncouturier for the amount of $I immediately contacted Moncouturier to ask why and the next thing I did was contact *** about their A-Z GuaranteeI never recieved another email from Moncouturier, but the very next day after contacting *** I recieved the rest of the refund in the amount of $*** even returned my shipping charges back to meI left feedback about the transaction on ***'s websiteI stated factsThe feedback was not accusatory or hateful in the least, but the reply from Moncouturier wasThey accused me of trying to "harm" their business*** *** The date I left feedback for Moncouturier was January 3, and the say this business replied to me was January 7, *** *** ***
