We would like to commend one of their technicians, Ernesto B., it was a pleasure to have this helpful, personable, gentleman in our home. He not only did an excellent job on the maintenance of our AC, he installed our new thermostat for us with a smile, even though we hadn't scheduled the installation ahead of time. Monarch's One Hour Heating is Kern County's best AC repair/maintenance company in our opinion and come highly recommended by us.

Obviously we were in dyer straights when our AC unit went out living in a city with extreme heat waves and three digit temperatures. We called another well known air conditioning service company and they couldn't schedule us until 2 weeks out! Of course that wouldn't work considering my makeup was starting to melt! We googled and found this amazing company.... Monarch or One Hour, they go by both. They were able to come out within 2 days and showed up within the first 20 minutes of a four hour window! That NEVER happens. They send you an email to let you know who your service person is going to be and we were lucky to get Ernesto. He was awesome! Super helpful, professional and explained everything. I always get nervous with services such as these because I don't ever want to get ripped off, and even reading reviews make me nervous even if they only have 2 bad reviews and 31 good. Ernesto had sheets that showed what certain parts would cost and had tiers of service for our type of unit. He was friendly and explained everything and got us set up on a service plan for the AC and Heater which we never had before. Not only that but we got our diagnostic fee of $89 waived. Thanks to Monarch (One Hour) my makeup is back to normal and I'll actually get to sleep in a cool house tonight.
