Monarch Home Improvements

I signed a contract with Monarch Home Improvements on 9/16/2019 to *** being purchased from Monarch Home Improvements. Monarch Home Improvements was also completing ***, new *** and new *** system; all of which they did complete. Each of the projects previously mentioned had separate contracts. The specific contract that I signed on 9/16/2019 was to have the new *** installed with an estimated completion date of 11/1/2019. I gave an initial check for this specific contract the day I signed the contract in the amount of ***. Despite numerous efforts to contact (text, phone call, and email) I have not heard back nor had the work completed. I do have a copy of the signed contract as well as my attempt to email. I can search my phone records and text messages as well if necessary.

They are bad, looking to take advantage, cut all corners, porr quality work is to be expected.

Monarch was contracted to renovate *** Scott *** of Monarch was paid to bring the to *** completion at which point another payment would be made. He also made change orders that we paid in advance for w***. His contract was terminated *** after a Monarch failed to honor the contract and failure to deliver on paid items and services.
