situation. He made numerous calls to me, to numbers he had for the company salesman, and to the delivery company, numbers not available to you or I. Because of Him, in the end, I did get my bed and mattress. As of this date there has been no other contact or followup with the company I actually purchased from. I would not recommend this Elite Adjustable Beds Company to anyone, although the product seems to be fine, you don't need the stress.
