This salon butchered my hair color and I paid 120$ for it I've contacted several times about getting a full refund they refuse to give me my money bak
The stylist here billy turned my platinum blonde hair gold/ yellow and I told him before I left it wasn't right and he tried to fix it and made me pay for the extra bowl of bleach because HE didn't leave it on long enough lol. I've been calling them several several days now and they refuse to call me back or refund me . I am not returning to this salon either I don't want them to fix anything I don't trust them they are sooo shady and have been telling me since May 3rd the manager named Bridgette will call me back regarding my refund uhhh which never happened lol and as I said I've called several times. Obviously they think they can hold my money hostage when they messed my hair up well I don't think so they owe me 120$ that I spent at their salon and I shouldn't have cuz they don't know what they're doing and an unhappy customer who calls several several times should be able to get a refund . Put it this way they refunded my friend who goes with me to get her hair done who's hair was also messed up, yet they won't refund me my money lol. This place needs to send me a check in the mail or reverse the money back to the card I paid with and ASAP because like I said I been waiting since the day I got it done (May 3rd) to get my hard earned money back. They don't get to keep my 120 when they messed my hair up lol and I left extremely unhappy and I've made that very known. Only to never get a call back from the "manager "
