return them in this condition and would need to talk to a manager, *** screamed at her and used abusive and foul language. The manager came to assist and examined the piecesShe reiterated that we could not take back the damaged charms and did refund her for the ones that were in saleable condition. *** continued to use the *** word throughout her interaction and it was very upsetting for everyone involved. It appeared that *** was trying to return her original charms and not the ones that had just been purchasedWe prefer not to contact the customer directly because of the abusive way she spoke to the associates and managerWe will not issue a refund on the charms, as they were worn and we cannot re-sell them
