I bought something for my daughter from themThey sent the wrong item from New York and they are located in CaliforniaTried calling them and they wouldn't answer phone or by emailVery shady and stuff just doesn't add upThey bought my item from [redacted] so I went there and returned it for store credit cause they wouldn't help after sending me the wrong item

I placed an order for a Christmas gift on 12/9/15. I received a confirmation email of my order, but never received an estimated ship / arrival date. Therefore, I emailed and left a voicemail for the company. The customer service phone line is never a real person and your only option is to leave a voicemail. I never heard back and now I am stuck without a Christmas gift. I recommend to never buy anything from this company, as I will never be again.
