The repairs performed to this vehicle never involved the
sunroof or the functioning of the sunroof Once we were told that the sunroof
was not functioning
we sent it to *** *** *** to have the issue
diagnosed. They determined that the
sunroof motor had internal damages and needed to be replacedThe sunroof motor
sits above the headliner by the dome lamp so again there is no reason for us to
touch the sunroof in this repair. We
relayed this information to the Insurance company, to which they denied the
replacement of the motorRealizing this was not the resolution Mr***
wanted and as a customer service I offered to cover the labor portion of the
repair if he covered the cost of the part which would be sold to him at our
costMr*** refused this offer because he felt that we should pay 100% of
the repair.Josh H***
We feel that covering the labor expense for that repair is a fair and resonable solution and at this time is the only option we are willing to provideJosh H
