Molokai Vacation Properties

I received a letter in the mail regarding a complaint and I was traveling in Europe and just got back to Molokai.The guest booked to stay at our condos through *** *** and we sent them their arrival information to get into the condoWe did receive the call the guest could not get the door
openWhen I received the call they had already gone across the street and rented another place I did send my cleaner down there and opened the door.There was nothing wrong with the doorWe have had guest stay in the condo this past year and no one had any problems opening up the front door with the key in the lock boxThere is also an office down there that could of assisted them with the key but they instead went across the street to the other complex and booked a place there.I am willing to give some money back but not the full amount
