Review: The company repeatedly entered our home without warning/unannounced. We discussed this several times over the past few years but it continued and has become fairly problematic, especially when family is home (and in the shower once), and dogs are loose in the house.

The company provides sub-standard service. Floors are normally mopped every visit; they were not touched this visit. Tables weren't dusted; items on the tables were moved around to make it look like they had been cleaned. Master bathroom floor was not cleaned. Kitchen backsplash was not cleaned. Their visit was much shorter than normal.

When I called, I specifically asked to speak with the owner as she is the one who got me started with the company. Instead of returning my call, I received a very short pejorative and incorrect letter signed by her in the mail.

I asked for a full refund and received a check for only $25 included in the pejorative letter.

It took three calls to the office to get to this point. During my first two calls, I was told they wanted to speak with the owner and then get back to me. I had to demand the key to my house and a refund on the last call in order to terminate service. They offered to come out and clean my house again during the third call. I explained I was no longer interested in their service as I'd lost confidence in the company. Further, when I asked that our house key be dropped off on one of two workdays, I was told it would be mailed to me (a key to my house in an envelope with my home address on it, doesn't really seem smart). It was very difficult to terminate service.Desired Settlement: Refund the remainder of the $170 I paid for the cleaning service ($145) due to lack of proper service, aggravation, wasted time, and disrespect, generally poor service as well as poor customer service.
