be completed ASAPMy office staff did make attempts to contact Ms***, on the first attempt we left a message for initial contact, on the second attempt we left a message when we had a team available to go clean, and on the third attempt we left a message the day after because we were unable to contact her initiallyWe were in no way trying to harass Ms*** and I apologize from myself and my office staff if Ms*** felt threatened in anyway

I spoke with the customer to receive additional details as to what areas were not done properly. I apologized for the clean not meeting her expectations and let the customer know we guarantee our work. I offered to have the team come back free...

We agreed we would have a different team come back at a later date at no charge to perform another clean equal to the amount of time of the clean she received on February 5, 2016.
