Molly Maid Cleaning Service

I would definitely not recommend them to anyoneThis is one of the worst cleaning services I've ever seen in my lifeI was a customer for less than a year with molly maid in southern MarylandWe hired them at the end of September We only got about roughly good cleaning jobs before we noticed they were slacking, almost as if they were in a rushThe blinds and dressers were caked in dust and our hardwood floors weren't swept or moppedFor an expensive cleaning service I honestly expected more! Around the same time we slowly started to notice purses moved around, hundreds of dollars missing, desk drawers hanging open, and wallets missingAt first I thought I just simply misplaced it, but around the third time I started to notice a pattern and fired them immediately! I am really not interested in calling the police, I just don't want to make a big sceneI just want to inform everyone of the risk of letting some cleaning services into your home

We have had a negative experience with Molly Maid of North West Newcastle County. We starting using the service in September 2012 and have had to deal with inconsistent cleaning quality. The price was ok so we stuck with them. In October I was informed that my account was flagged for immediate price increase by Molly Maid corporate. I attempted to work out an agreement but was met with hostility. The office manager even hung up on me. I would be willing to pay more, but not for inconsistent cleaning quality and awful customer service. I do not recommend Molly Maid of North West Newcastle County, not because of the cleaning quality, but because of the horrible customer service.
