Purchased a car through them in ***. The needs of my family changed and I traded that same vehicle off in *** and have been trying to receive the refund on the extended warranty since. I filed paperwork with them in *** for the refund on the extended warranty and was told I had to drive up there to submit the paperwork in person only to be told when I arrived that I could have mailed it. I was told in *** that it would take 4-6 weeks in order to receive the refund. However, when I checked with the extended warranty company on *** the warranty was still an active contract. I was told at that point by the dealership that they were correcting the issue and resubmitting the paperwork to the warranty company at that time. Again today I contacted the warranty company and was informed that the warranty was still active.

My experience with this business was negative from the second I signed the papers! The salesman was very nice until I bought the vehicle, then he seemed to act as though he couldn't get away from me fast enough. There was an indicator light saying the tire pressure was low. He told me it was a recall. I found out later it wasn't. After getting home I realized there was a tail light not working. He made a comment that he'd fix it as a favor. I said it should be fixed under warranty. He said there was no warranty. *** told me later it was still under bumper to bumper because it was under 5 years old. The salesman Billy was known at *** also for the way he treats customers. I went over his head and dealt with his sales manager Brett and he was very professional about taking care of the tail light and was willing to do whatever needed to be done to fix the situation. But was not aware that the vehicle was still under bumper to bumper warranty? Dealership doesn't seem to be very knowledgeable.
