To whom it may concern,
My name is *** *** and I did film a yoga class at Moksha Yoga Center that was posted on the
internetBut not before asking the consent of all the students who were in the videoHowever, out of respect, I have destroyed itIn each and every class at the ending, I always ask the students if they have any questions or concernsI stay after each class to answer students' questionsOnce again the video no longer exists and I apologize for any inconvenience caused to this studentI will personally refund her class fee and hope this remedies the situation

The recorded video appears to be removed from *** and the studio credited me for my yoga class which is exactly what I requested to happen in my original complaintAdditionally it sounds like future recordings will not be likely happening without attendee's knowledge
