Contacted customer 5/10/17, asked what was the problem and he reported that vehicle was leaking power steering fluid and hard to steer, and engine was leaking worse than before we worked on power steeringInformed customer that we had noted on original paperwork that engine was covered with engine oil and had multiple leaks and that he was advised of thisAlso ask him way when he came back he did not mention that power steering was not operating correctly and leaking, but only asked us to check engine oil leaks? He said he did, I ask him to bring back in to check power steering but he no longer owns vehicle he traded it inHe demanded full refund and became foul mouthed, I told him I would refund him but to not return
