Review: Merchant completely mistranslated my measurements too small. Merchant told me to send the garment back and offered to remake the garment. Once the Merchant received the garment, they said they would not remake it and the only option was to consign the garment with them. So not only do I not get a garment that works for me, they receive the original price plus a consignment fee. The merchant advertises: ExchangesWe can make an exchange if the garment you receive does not match your order (i.e. it is the wrong fabric, style or Personal Fit size). We cannot accept exchanges in cases where the garments were made to the specifications you requested. We can only exchange a garment for fit if it does not match the Personal Fit size ordered (e.g. you ordered "petite" but the garment you received is "tall"). We will expedite a replacement order and we will cover the cost of shipping the incorrect order back to us.Desired Settlement: Either credit on my account for replacement/reorder or refund. Merchant is not allowing either.
