Review: I went to mohsen gas to buy cigars with my debit card.The worker [redacted] said I had to pay a min of$5.00.I told him that as long as I've been coming here I've never been asked to pay...by any workers.After obtaining a corporate number to complaint.The corporate called back but never really said much on my voicemails.After telling [redacted] he was racially discrimination against me they said I was unable to come back inside the store because I was rude.In which is a lie.Desired Settlement: I want them to respectfully apologize for them illlegally banning me from the store for no reason

This customer came in and wanted to purchase cigars, Our store Manager [redacted] told him that we have a $5 minimum for all Debit and Credit Transaction, He got really upset and started yelling and calling [redacted] many names and said alot of degrading things to him, The next day he came back and the same thing happend when our other cashier [redacted] was working and also called him many names and said also alot of degrading things to him such as "This is why you are a minimum wage employee" also "You will never get a better job you will always be a cashier".....Then the next day which was his 3rd time coming in with such attitude he came in trying to use his debit card again for the same cigars and when our cashier [redacted] let him know again about the $5 minimum purchase required he again started yelling and kept saying its a racial thing and then pulled out a bag with pennies and said "here count it now you have to deal with all pennies".....Everyday our Manager [redacted] and Cashier [redacted] were both their since he always came in around the same time which is shift break and they are both their, They always called me and told me about this customer, So after the 3rd consecutive day I told them both if he comes in again to let him know that "We have the right to refuse service to anyone" and that if he had any problems to call me at our office. He called and left a voicemail at our office and I returned his call the next day and never heard back from him.....We have been in Business for 18 years and have never had anything like this happen before we have cameras and audio in all our stores and anytime we receive any kind of complaint the first thing we do is review the cameras and after reviewing them, That is how we cam to the decision of Refusing Service to that customer.

This place is a lie..they have cameras and I would like them to pull the proof of my acting of such foolishness.I told them they racially dicriminated against me and now theyre slandering my name in order to maintain a good name.The owner has called twice but both times was for his worker named [redacted] to come to work.Not about [redacted] racial neglect.Also theyve told my wife she cant come in there because of me in which that is discrimination.They lied about everything stated..After not calling the owner back after leaving the save voicemails for someone else as proof.They said I couldnt go in there store.Also they fired alot of people because of this and are looking for more employeesI want them investigated for there unproper business tech.
