After reviewing the

information concerning your Storage Unit A, we found these events that

occurred.

Mohave Security found Unit

A with a missing lock on the 29th of November and installed their

own lock on the Unit. They posted a note on the unit for the owner to contact

them to set up an appointment to have their lock removed and have the tenant

install their own lock. No one contacted the Security Company.

Mohave Security patrols the

Havasu Mini Storage units on a regular basis. As soon as they saw the lock

missing, and a lock was installed immediately on November 29th. Unit

A was secured within a short time frame.

After reviewing your

contract with Havasu Mini Storage, on the 8th day of May 2007, you

signed the Tenant Responsibility Addendum that states that customer storage

insurance has been made available to you. You checked the box "I accept

full responsibility for any loss. I am not interested in TenantOne insurance at

this time, but I realize I may purchase insurance at any time throughout the

duration of my lease and prior to any losses".

The lease you signed states

on page 2, under Conditions, paragraph 3, "... shall indemnity and hold

Lessor harmless from any claim or cause of action arising out of Lessee's use

of the premises. Lessee assumes

responsibility for any loss or damage to the property stored by Lessee in said

space and may or may not elect to provide insurance coverage for the

same".
