This company Keto ???????????? Solutions went and charged my card despite being told I did NOT want a subscription and after I was told a cancelled subscription was confirmed to be canceled ( one I never knew I had! & should have already been cancelled they went and placed another charge after they hung up on me for $118. Confirmed by my bank as l looked at my bank account prior and after and have my bank taking steps as well against this company .All on this same day! Two charges - one for $85 and later one for $118 charged to my account after it was confirmed cancelled . Then they blocked my emails after sending thank you’s for orders I didn’t order !! & should not have been charged to my account as I was never informed anywhere at any time they would be nor was I informed where I could return the Only two original two bottles received which they claimed I only paid shipping for but that’s not what it said when the purchase was originally made. Anyway I’d specifically told their representative to take away the $85 charge! So they instead went and charged me more today ! I recorded that conversation !! Then they blocked all emails from me so that I couldn’t respond to their emails and had no means of even contacting them . I had to search the web to find out this info for them. After searching the web I see what they charged me for which isn’t at all what the representative said the $85 was for ( she said it was for the bottles I received cause the money I paid was supposedly she said for shipping which it wasn’t ) anyway according to a website I was apparently charged today for their video ( $118 ) which I see on a a website where I found all their address and information I needed to get for you on & $85 for a book
