Moe's Southwest Grill

The Moes at ***, NC is NOT honoring its promised curbside service and is endangering HIGH RISK people.
My wife is highly immune suppressed following her kidney transplant surgery last year. It is NOT AN OPTION for us to enter restaurants to order or retrieve meals. I have now twice ordered through Moes' phone app and selected "curside" pickup. However, NOONE at Moes (***) location ever answers the phone. It rings forever and goes to voicemail. An earlier time I waited 15 minutes after reaching an employee to receive my meal at curbside, and it was OBVIOUS the employee was NOT happy with me using the curside "option". This is simply FRAUDULENT AND DECEPTIVE advertisement practices, which I believe is actionable under NC law. I'm a partner in a large NC law firm with 25 years of practice and this practice of reckless indifference by MOES to HIGH RISK PEOPLE is entirely unacceptable. I'm seriously considering suing under in NC for all actual and punitive relief available. Moreover, I believe that continued such MOES conduct should be actionable ground by the cities of Cary and Raleigh to SHUTDOWN MOES operations until COVID is eradicated.
