First, this complaint is against Modular Housing Consultants and not Manufactured Housing Consultant, Modular Housing Consultants is an entirely different business at a differently location with different name and different license number so please remove this complaint from our files Secondly the customer's refund check was issued in a timely manner and has been sitting at the Modular sales office location since the week of third week of February
