#1)As a "valued customer" Mr. *** had never visited the job site prior to 4/30/13. #2) Cesspools (A) "new and old replacement, etc. ". The D***y's were NEVER informed of this or given any options of what could/should be done! #3) The cesspool access was sound. It had bricks, 3"X8" or a 9"X8", with a cement border, a solid opening. #4) The service pumper swirled violently at the aforementioned opening with an estimated 4" hose dislodging the opening and creating a 14"X15" opening. #5) When employee was asked to restore the opening to its original state, the employee said it would cost $2500, or a new septic tank for $10,000! #6) D***ys were told over the phone that the fees were $550/gallons, $650/gallons. Employee used our garden hose steadily for 1/hrswith metered water to washing down and to dissolve effluent. D***ys made a payment of $750; assuming the employee would return to fix the lid. #7) Pumping situation about yrsis totally wrong. The residence was built in and the D***ys are the fourth owners. #8) The plywood was temporarily laid over the hole as we have two large dogs that roam the fenced in yard. This was to prevent them from falling in! #9) The employee ASKED if he could pick some oranges and was granted that request. This was certainly not an approval of the situation. #10) As Senior Citizens approaching their 80's, the D***y feel they were targeted by Mr***'s employeeas "easy seniors". #11) No further communication is necessary at the present time; however, we will not recommend this business to anyone else!! *** & *** D***y

Review: On April 30, 2014 the aforementioned company was contracted to pump out a cesspool ("grandfathered " in when purchased home many years ago). Original opening was 3 bricks wide X 3 bricks long (12" X 10 1/4"). Opening was destroyed to 15" X 14". Contractor was asked to restore to original size as he found it! Contractor said it would cost $2500, or a new septic tank for $10,000. As Senior Citizens approaching our 80's we feel victimized because the job was not completed; leaving a hole in our backyard 3' deep. Please advise.Desired Settlement: By law the contractor should repair the cesspool opening to the original state as contractor found it.
