Led to believe only paying postage, instead getting a monthly delivery with no advanced warning.
I responded to a survey for a store I trust. Was told would receive a watch for filling out survey. Only pay for postage. Instead began receiving watches monthly. There was no information in the packages. Started receiving charges on my credit card (including for the first "free" one) for about $100 (if the watches are worth $7, that's a lot!). Each charge was from a different place, so it was super difficult to trace. Finally was able to find one off the places and called them. Told that it was past the cancellation point, so I couldn't get my money back. After going back and forth, they agreed to cancel my "subscription" and said they would give credit for the last watch. I said I was not interested in any of them and was fine with sending them back for a refund, which they would not agree to.I never received any notification email or text --at the beginning or now.

Merchandise cost free, except handling fee. Attempted to bill Visa even before items delivered. Offer over phone now 3 weeks later, is $33 for each of the 2 items ordered,and must be returned at my cost. A pair of sunglasses and a watch. Items were only offered for 30 day examination, allegedly. My credit union alerted me go the attempted withdrawal, this morning.

Charged $200.00 for watch and sunglasses, were stated to pay only $5.95 for items. Found a $200.00 charge on my bank card. Called the company up and asked for refund, they agreed. I sent products back to address they gave me. It was returned to me a week later with a refused stamp/ return to sender on package. Called Modern watch again , they said I had wrong address and to send to another address they gave me. I asked them to send me a free postage address for the return, they refused. I then told them I was contacting Revdex.com. I would like them to give me correct address postage free, I paid for one time return, they changed address. I will not pay another 12.00 to return product again, once should have been enough.PLEASE help me get refund of $100.00 they still owe me, they did refund $100.00. THANK YOU

I was mislead into believing I was participating in a survey and that I had a choice of a prize to choose. I chose a watch. I only had to pay $5.95 for shipping and handling. Later a charge of $95.63 appeared on my statement. When I contacted the company, they issued me a Return Merchandise Authorization. When the item was returned, they refused it and sent another watch.
