Modern Primitive Tattoo Parlor

On March 16, my friend and I went into state of the art for a tattoo. We consulted with Jeinx (Jessica I believe?) and she seemed amazing. She planned to do both my friends tattoos and I which we both agreed was a great decision. We loved her and her work. However when she left to go draw up our designs, a man named Rell came up and said that since his "bread and butter" was letters and numbers that he would be doing my Roman numerals. These numerals are meant to represent my sons birth, following his older sisters birthdates. I was taken aback but felt like I had to be in good hands. He showed me his work and reassured me. However, when he started tattooing the situation changed. He made comments to me on my body, and said a few other inappropriate things. Aside from the harassment, I was left with a horrible tattoo. It is crooked, and poorly done. I have contacted the shop manager multiple times and at first I was contacted and told that Rell had been let go (I’m not quite sure if that’s true) and that they would be willing to fix my tattoo. However, since then, the shop manager has quit responding. To be quite honest, I’m not comfortable even going back to the shop to have them fix my tattoo if it were fixable (which it’s not) it will require laser removal at this point, unless I wish to cover the tattoo entirely with something else, which I do not want. The tattoo is a piece of a big tattoo I have for all of my children, to cover the poorly done part, would ruin the entire big tattoo. It is clear that the shop is avoiding me and my attempts to come up with a solution. At this point I feel I have no choice but to reach out and ask for someone else to help me. Thank you!
