I purchased flooring from Modern home concepts on 12/7/19. The installation finished on 12/20/19, and we moved in on 12/22/19. On 1/18/20, we realized that small cracks began to appear in some of our flooring. We reported this to the company.The company informed us they would come to do an inspection. However, they never came and instead only offered 2 boxes of flooring as compensation. We repeatedly requested for inspection, due to worries that the quality of the flooring is not good and later on more cracks will appear. On 2/10/20, we went to the store in person. We spoke with staff May, who promised that they will send over staff for inspection. However later that afternoon, we received a phone call from the inspection staff that he will not be coming over since there is absolutely nothing wrong with the flooring. We worry that there are quality issues with these flooring, but the company is not willing to provide proper inspection.
